SinoGuide always strive to be a leading manufacturer in the thermal interface materials industry. Our thermal material products are capable of close conformity to irregular surface. They are easy to use and remove. Excellent cost performance and high thermal conductivity
Air is a very poor thermal conductor and restricts the flow of heat from the heat generating component to the heat sinks. In order to get the best performance of the heat sink, as well as to keep the operating temperature of the component to a minimum, the air must be filled with Thermal Interface Materials(TIMs),which are the most compressible and highly conformable thermal fillers. As a result of its compressibility and ability to accommodate loose flatness tolerances, SinoGuide TIMs minimize the extreme stresses to components and eliminate the air-gaps to reduce the thermal resistance, as well as high conformability reduces interfacial resistance!
See Figures 1 at the left for a representation of the features referenced. Consult us for more suggestion about your thermal projects.
The TCP series is yet another of SinoGuide’s enhanced thermal gap-filling materials that provides extreme thermal conductivity and thus unparalleled thermal interface resistance for board level multiple component thermal management. It is designed to provide conformability and compressibility to bridge the thermal gap of large boards and sensitive components. It is non-phase changing and will not contaminate components.
